無軸承異步電機SVM-DTC控制研究與設計

    摘 要:針對無軸承電機在高速傳動領(lǐng)域使用中存在的問題,提出來一種基于空間電壓矢量調(diào)制的直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法。建立了無軸承異步電機的數(shù)學模型,構(gòu)建了以懸浮繞組模塊、旋轉(zhuǎn)繞組模塊和氣隙磁場計算模塊為主要構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)框圖。仿真結(jié)果表明,通過使用SVM-DTC 的控制方法,無軸承異步電機能夠具有較好的動靜態(tài)性能,但是不可避免地產(chǎn)生了速度的超調(diào)及轉(zhuǎn)矩和磁鏈的波動。

Research and Design of SVM-DTC Control of Bearingless Induction Motor

    Abstract: Aiming at the use of bearingless motor in the high speed transmission field, this paper proposed a kind of direct torque control method (DTC) based on space voltage vector modulation (space voltage vector modulation). The mathematical model of bearingless induction motor was established. The system block diagram included the suspension winding module, the rotating winding module and the air gap magnetic field calculation module. The simulation results show that the bearingless induction motor is in possession of better static and dynamic performance, unavoidable overshoot of velocity and fluctuation of torque and flux linkage.
